Engage conduct field visits for a number of clients in different sectors for a variety of different reasons. We may be trying to contact you to ascertain your current circumstances and reason for non-engagement with our client, to arrange a suitable an affordable payment arrangement or to validate your details as you have just recently moved into the property.
If no contact can be made when the visit has been conducted a letter will be left in a sealed envelope clearly marked for the account holder. The letter will advise of how to make contact with Engage. The letter will also contain Engages unique reference number for use when making contact.
All calls made to Engage are recorded for training and monitoring purposes. Calls are free when made from a landline and mobiles when calling the office 0800 368 8576 number which is specifically provided by Engage, for customer usage.
